The university emphasizes education on traditional Chinese culture and national conditions for international students in China, striving to cultivate their affection for and understanding of China and their ability to tell Chinese stories. It has jointly established "International Student Chinese Cultural Experience and Practice Bases" with Hongguan Village in Zheyuan Township, Wuyuan County, Huangyao Scenic Area in Jingdezhen City, Bailu Township in Jinggangshan City, the Chengnan Dragon Lantern Production Base in Qingyunpu District, Nanchang City, and the Anfu Confucius School. The university offers Chinese talent courses such as dragon dance, Peking Opera, and Chinese songs for international students. It also irregularly leads international students to visit and experience Jiangxi culture.
